{recreate}: missing

So...as you can see I've been messing around with the blog.  This is the first time I've made everything from scratch and there is definitely some pros and cons...  I like what I've done, but I feel it's missing something, so I have some questions to ask...
  1. Is the yellow too bright?
  2. Do you usually look at blogs at 100% on your monitor, or do you zoom in to like 150%?
I thought there would be more questions, but maybe not.  Now I just need to figure out what I'm missing...

    i LOVE IT! I like the cute 50's feel. The yellow is great... and i look at my screen 100%. Sometimes less is more.

    Love the colors...certainly not too bright. AND I zoom in to like 4000% because I am old.

    I love it! I think that maybe you feel like there's something missing because you're not used to all the white so it feels empty...it's a possibility! But I love it! I might want some tips on how you did it!

    I leave mine at 100% because I have such a huge screen. I could zoom in on yours though.I like it, but yellow is my favorite color. it's clean and fresh and fun, I vote you keep it.
